After running his own firm, Lévesque CPA, specializing in certification and accounting services, for 21 years, Marc decided to dedicate his expertise and energy to supporting entrepreneurs in their growth and transition projects by founding Apex M&A Inc. His career also led him to work within the accounting firm PwC, to serve on the CA Committee of the Quebec Chartered Professional Accountants Order, and to teach as a lecturer at HEC Montréal. For over 20 years, Marc has been leveraging his expertise to support entrepreneurs in carrying out their projects.

Combining over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and business development, Alain has extensive know-how and increased expertise in investment, divestment, and financing for SMEs. Before becoming a partner at Apex, he notably held several transactional advisory positions with major firms such as KPMG, Deloitte, and MNP, and he has been an entrepreneur himself in the security sector and held general management positions in companies. Alain is also co-president of the M&A Club of the South Shore, where he actively contributes to network development and the sharing of best practices in the field.

Simon is a student in the Bachelor of Business Administration at HEC Montreal. Before starting his university studies, he completed a year at a preparatory school in the United States, where he developed a solid academic discipline and an initiative mindset. Determined and curious, he is particularly interested in entrepreneurship, strategic analysis, and the development of concrete projects. Within Apex, Simon serves as an analyst, actively participating in research and evaluation of cases.
